What is afan?

afan is a place for creators and their fans. Share photos with a caption and hashtags, follow people, like and comment, tip creators with FANCO, and sell your artworks in your Shop.

How do I sign in?

Continue with AinDrive, or connect a wallet (Coinbase Smart Wallet or MetaMask). With a wallet, you sign a short message to prove the address is yours. Signing is free and sends no transaction.

What is AinDrive?

AinDrive is your own cloud drive on AI Network. Connect it in Settings (or from the composer or your Shop), and the photos you post are saved in your own drive, so they stay yours.

Where are my photos stored without AinDrive?

In afan storage. Every account gets 200 MB for free. For more, buy a storage pack with FANCO: +1 GB for 100 FANCO and +5 GB for 400 FANCO. Packs are paid once, never expire and add up. Settings › Storage shows how much you use.

What is FANCO?

FANCO is the token afan uses to tip creators, buy artworks in the Shop and buy storage packs. It runs on the Base network, and you pay from your own wallet: afan never holds your FANCO. You can look the token up on the FANCO smart contract page.

Does afan take a fee?

When fans pay a creator in FANCO (tips, ad payments and Shop sales), afan keeps a platform fee of 5% of the amount. If the creator has connected their own AinDrive, the fee is 0%. The fee is taken on-chain, in the same transaction as the payment. Storage packs are paid to afan in full.

How does the Shop work?

Artists list artworks in the Shop tab of their profile and set a price. With AinDrive connected, the original stays in the artist's own drive; without it, the original is kept in afan storage and counts toward the storage quota. Buyers pay in FANCO on Base and can download the file as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Can a payment be refunded?

Payments on Base are final: afan cannot reverse or refund an on-chain transaction. Check the amount and the recipient in your wallet before you confirm. If something went wrong, write to us and we will help where we can.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the ⋯ menu on a post to report it or to hide it from your feed. On a profile, open its menu to block the person. We review reports and remove content that breaks our Terms. For a copyright problem, follow our Copyright Policy.
